Specifications of controller based Dot pin marking Machine.

1) Design is based on high speed microcontroller. PC is not required for running.

2) The controller cabinet has a Graphic LCD which shows the 100 x 100 mm picture window.
     So it is easy to see the actual marking positions. (It is just like PC based display)

3) LM Guide slides. Very robust construction. And long life even with heavy duty (LP10) cartridge.

4) Built in memory of 20 programs each of up to 50 blocks. Extendable memory.

5) Real time clock, Serial no, Shift code, Flexble date format, logo, 

6) Four fonts. Variable size, 1 to 200% compression, Angular / circular.

7) Logo can be down loaded from a PC via a serial port. 10 logos can be permanently saved in memory.

8) Controller has a small keyboard which is used for operator running.
    For editing and making new programmes, a standard (PC type) keyboard can be connected.
